About ME

Anne Bush, MSc, is an executive consultant who has spent nearly two decades supporting the clinical development industry.  For the last ten years, she has been focused on operational excellence in biometrics, optimizing partnerships, and guiding the strategic direction of engagements as an operations leader, account manager, and client liaison.  

Anne’s career trajectory bridges technical leadership, operational leadership, and business development, enabling her to have a unique perspective for pharmaceutical companies looking to select the most suitable CRO vendors, set a solid foundation, build the right team, and successfully execute their biometrics work to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

Throughout her career, Anne has overseen statistical programming, biostatistics, and data management teams ranging from five to 400 FTEs.  She understands the complexities of creating a tailored solution for operational delivery focused on the individual needs of an organization.  Anne has facilitated successful NDA submissions from the role of both a lead statistical programmer and operations leader,  in multiple therapeutic areas.  She is well-versed in the standards and requirements of the highly regulated and fast-paced pharmaceutical development industry.

Anne has supported the RFP process from inception through bid defense and implementation.  She has held accountability for over $200M annually in investments from pharmaceutical companies into drug development and understands what good looks like from the sponsor perspective.  Whether it is selecting a new vendor, streamlining operations, or building infrastructure within an existing partnership, it is her goal to ensure optimal CRO execution on behalf of biotech and pharma organizations.
